th15 requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to comply with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. You'll need to upload a clear photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

No. th15 strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player may only hold one active account, linked to one mobile number and one verified identity. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of th15's Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited. Deposits & Withdrawals

th15 supports the most popular payment methods used by Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to these banks are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit at th15 is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to bank processing requirements. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification steps in line with AML regulations.

Withdrawal processing times at th15 depend on the method chosen. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes after approval. Bank transfers generally take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. All withdrawals require a fully verified (KYC-approved) account. Withdrawals are processed Monday to Sunday, including Philippine public holidays.

th15 does not charge any fees on deposits. For withdrawals, th15 does not impose platform-side withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (GCash, Maya) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside th15's control. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule for the most accurate information.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons: pending KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements that haven't been met, a security review triggered by unusual account activity, or bank processing delays outside th15's control. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours without explanation, please contact th15 support via live chat with your transaction reference number for a status update.
