th15 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.
th15 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to approved Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. th15 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. th15 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. th15 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within five minutes of approval. th15's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your th15 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
th15 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. th15 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond th15's reasonable control.
th15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for breach, th15 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as at your own request or due to regulatory changes — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC or AML review.
You may close your account at any time by contacting th15 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days.
